Privacy Policy
This website is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”, “us”), of which Bharosa Eternal Home is a unit. This policy explains, in plain words, what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it — as required by the Information Technology Act 2000 and the SPDI Rules 2011, and in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect only what you type into the form: your name, your phone number, your email address (optional), your relationship to the person you are enquiring for, their care needs, and your message.
Please note: “care needs” may describe a health condition. Under Indian law this is sensitive personal information, and we treat it with extra care. It is usually about your parent or relative — by submitting the form you confirm you are authorised to share it on their behalf.
Our hosting provider may record standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) for security. We do not set cookies and we do not use tracking or analytics on this website. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
Why we collect it
We use your enquiry details for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry about long-term residential mental-health care at Bharosa Eternal Home — to call you back, understand your loved one’s care needs, and help you decide. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists.
Your consent
The enquiry form asks for your clear, unticked-by-default consent before you submit. Giving your details is entirely optional — but without them we cannot process your enquiry.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by writing to us at the contact below. If you withdraw, we will stop using your details and erase them; the only consequence is that we can no longer follow up on your enquiry.
Who can see your information
Your enquiry is seen only by our care team. It is stored securely in our content-management system (Sanity) and our website is hosted on Vercel — both act as processors on our instructions. We do not disclose your information to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, so we can help if you come back to us. After that — or sooner, if you withdraw consent or ask us to erase your details — the record is deleted.
How we protect it
We follow reasonable security practices and procedures appropriate to the information we hold, consistent with the standards contemplated by Rule 8 of the SPDI Rules 2011, including access controls and encrypted transmission (HTTPS).
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to: tell you what information we hold about you; correct, complete or update it; erase it; or withdraw your consent. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights for you.
To make a request, write to the Grievance Officer below and mention the phone number or email you used in your enquiry, so we can find your record. We will respond within 30 days.
Grievance Officer
As required by Rule 5(9) of the SPDI Rules 2011: [GRIEVANCE OFFICER NAME], Grievance Officer, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], Bharosa Eternal Home, Achampet, Nagarkurnool district, Telangana 509375. Email: contact@bharosahospitals.com · Phone: +91 95050 58886.
We will acknowledge and redress grievances within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India (once operational under the DPDP Act 2023) or the consumer forums under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and its “last updated” date first. This policy is governed by the laws of India.
