A gentle, guided path to a home that stays.
This is one of the hardest, most guilt-laden decisions a family ever makes — and you have likely carried it alone for a long time. Choosing a safe, caring home for someone you love is not giving up on them. You are choosing safety, dignity and a family that will not leave. We walk beside you at every step, with patience, honesty and warmth — and never any pressure.
Four gentle steps to a lasting home
Reach out
Call us or send a message. We listen first — to your loved one’s condition, and to the worry you have carried for years.
Understand their needs
A caring assessment — clinical and personal — by our psychiatric team. We understand the diagnosis, the history and the person, then shape an individual care and recovery plan.
Visit the home
Take the drive out from Hyderabad — about two and a half hours down the Srisailam Highway — and see it for yourself: the calm rooms, the gardens, the trained hands, residents cared for with dignity. Families often tell us this is the day the fear finally loosens its grip.
Welcome home
A calm, unhurried, supported move-in — with the routine and reassurance that help a new resident settle. From that day, your loved one is part of the Bharosa family.
True peace of mind — for a lifetime.
End-of-Life Support & True Peace of Mind
The reassurance that your child will always be safe, loved and cared for — no matter what tomorrow brings, and no matter who is left to watch over them. This is our answer to “what after us?”
Let’s talk about your loved one.
Tell us a little about your loved one and what they live with. Our care team will call you back warmly — with understanding, not judgement, and never any pressure to decide.
The questions every family asks us
Who can live at Bharosa Eternal Home?
Adults who live with serious, long-term mental illness and cannot safely live alone or independently. That includes people living with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, chronic and late-onset psychosis, intellectual disability with behavioural needs, and other severe disorders needing lifelong supervision. Everyone is welcome — with dignity, regardless of age, gender, background or faith.
Is this a hospital or a home? Is it safe, and do you use restraints?
It is a home first, with real medical care behind it. Your loved one lives in a calm, homely, non-institutional setting — not a locked asylum and not a hospital ward. We practise non-restraint care: safety comes from trained supervision, a steady routine, the right medication and human warmth rather than tying anyone down. When someone is acutely unwell we prioritise their safety with our psychiatry hospital’s support, always with dignity and the least restriction possible. Freedom within safety, always.
What conditions do you care for?
Serious, long-term mental illness — schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, chronic psychosis, late-onset psychosis, intellectual disability with behavioural needs, and other severe disorders that need lifelong supervision. If you are unsure whether we are the right home for your loved one, simply call and tell us about them; we will answer you honestly.
How is medication and psychiatric care handled?
This is where families feel the deepest relief. Care is led by our psychiatric team, under founder Dr. Uday Kiran. Every resident has an individual care plan, regular psychiatric review and medication management — the right dose at the right time, given and documented by trained staff as part of a supervised daily routine. No more fighting to get a tablet taken, no more sleepless nights wondering if it was. Alongside medication, residents receive therapy, counselling and a stabilising routine. We care for stability and the best possible life — we never promise a cure.
Can we visit, and can we take our loved one home?
Yes, and we hope you will. Family involvement helps recovery, so you are always welcome to visit, and we keep you updated on how your loved one is doing. When they are stable and it is right for them, you can take them home for festivals, weddings or family time and bring them back easily — their room and their family here will be waiting. Once Bharosa family, always Bharosa family.
What happens during a relapse or a crisis?
For many people living with serious mental illness, relapse can be part of the journey — and you will no longer face it alone. Our trained team watches for early signs and responds calmly and quickly, and our psychiatrist adjusts care as needed. As a unit of Bharosa Neuro-Psychiatry Hospital, we have a clear escalation plan and the backing of our psychiatry hospital; for any acute medical emergency we stabilise and coordinate transfer to the nearest hospital. We keep you informed throughout. The lonely, exhausting vigil is finally shared.
Where is the home, and how far is it from Hyderabad?
In the peaceful green surroundings of Achampet, Telangana — about two and a half hours from Hyderabad by road, a gentle drive down the Srisailam Highway (NH765). We chose this calm, unhurried setting deliberately: the quiet itself is steadying for people living with mental illness, yet you stay close enough to visit. Many of our families live in Hyderabad and come on weekends; you are welcome any day.
What does the stay cost, and what is included?
Fees depend on the room and the level of care your loved one needs. Every stay includes accommodation, all meals, 24×7 trained psychiatric supervision, medication management, doctor oversight, therapy and daily activities, housekeeping and laundry. Because this is long-term care, we know affordability matters over years, not months — call us and we will walk you through the options honestly, with no pressure at all.
